Studio Boards
All of our projects exist in the beautifully ambiguous space between art and design. Influenced by the history of decoration and the inseparable connection between site and subject, every home we reinterpret presents as an assemblage of affinities pieced together through the considered understanding of our client’s hopes and needs.
Projects in Progress
Gables Estates
This sprawling home on the Gables Waterway layers textures and tone with a sort of cinematic sophistication. Taking cues from the curvature and romance of archival Eames advertisements and Paul Klee's ink drawings, every space in this family house feels as though it's always been a home. Designed in partnership with Pacheco Architecture, this project is slated to complete in later next year.

Cocoplum Residence I
The artist Cy Twombly once referred to white paint as his marble, cracking open a world of opportunity in a palette that’s often overshadowed by the allure of saturation. With our Cocoplum residence, we revisit this idea through layers of soft hues and grounded textures. An air of naturalistic elegance – think Verdure scenery and Angel Trumpets — rings throughout.

Cocoplum Residence II
Ideated for an avid art collector, this new build, designed in close collaboration with CMA Design Studio, takes after the Sarasota school style with characterful yet restrained choices that echo the evocative sensation of Tennessee Marble, a material frequently used by sculptor Isamu Noguchi.

Fisher Island
A holiday home on Fisher Island, this renovated family retreat is a respite that reverberates the soul of something Agnes Martin would’ve painted. Dressed in shades of ivory, linen, and limestone, each space within the pied-à-terre offers a calming assemblage of creature comforts.

Seaway Tower
Presenting like a cabinet of curiosities, our Seaway Tower project has the charm of a well-worn safari chair and is just a stone’s throw from the ocean. In that spirit, a Hoffman-esque theme of fluidity presents itself in a fine-tuned selection of furniture, fixtures and compelling oddities that all share similar heart notes in form and feeling.

Colonial Bay
The patina of terracotta and the spirit of the sea meet at the horizon line of our Colonial Bay project, an interior renovation of a historic home on the Venetian Islands. Finding balance between the past and the present, this contemporary family home offers a space that is as comforting as it is transporting.

Mediterranean Renewal
In the heart of one of Coconut Grove’s oldest neighborhoods, you’ll soon find our Mediterranean Renewal project, designed in collaboration with Richard Heisenbottle. The subtle choices in palette and perspective within this home remind us of the intricate yet effortless design of nature.
