South Pointe Penthouse

This fine-tuned, pseudo-surrealist penthouse reads like a gallerist’s daydream. In sync with its sweeping ocean view, feelings of fluidity and poetic rhythm are present throughout the project which seems as though to float forty floors up in the clouds overlooking Miami’s South Pointe beach. Whimsically offbeat yet never out of step, every space celebrates grandeur and intimacy in equal measure, leaving space for its residents to coexist in wonder alongside a museum-worthy collection of Italian modernist masterworks.
